For Porridge:
3/4 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked overnight in water
1 scoop hemp protein
Just under 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
For the chocolate sauce:
1 tbs cacao powder
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs coconut oil, melted
Fresh berries & coconut flakes to serve
Drain and rinse the buckwheat. Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth then pour into a bowl. Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth, swirl over the porridge then top with the berries.
