Payment & Delivery

Highland Grow & Flow’s website offers customers payment via EFT as well as a range of delivery options to ensure shopping with us is an easy and enjoyable experience.

When you complete your EFT payment, Highland Grow & Flow will send an email order confirmation to you (please note, Highland Grow & Flow does not collect or store any of your credit card or financial information).

Another payment option is to contact our store and pay via credit card over the phone 08 8395 4455.

The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You acknowledge and agree that any payment in respect of an order must be cleared before the goods on order are dispatched. When goods arrive, they will be in plain packaging wrapped in black plastic, regardless of how big or small.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign to the different delivery addresses – with each delivery being charged accordingly. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery may take between 2 and 7 days, depending on the delivery agents and stock availability.  Delivery times may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to provide the most up to date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change either by phone or email.

Receiving your order

If you do not wish to sign for your order, please ensure you make a note at checkout stating where you would like your order left on your property, otherwise if you are not home to accept the delivery our delivery agents will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery.

Upon delivery, you must inspect your goods and check that the goods delivered match your order, any obvious damage, goods are missing or parts are missing, please contact info@highlandgrowflow.com.au as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and either arrange for a replacement or refund the price to you.

Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all the original packaging and accessories, a photo taken of the damage prior to opening will assist in claiming damages against the delivery agent on your behalf.

Big and bulky items require extra handling and take longer to all parts of Australia. Due to this, additional delivery fees apply to products classified as big and bulky.

Delivery via Freight Company

Orders that require delivery via a freight company may be subject to an additional delivery fee, as they are outside our standard delivery criteria. Highland Grow & Flow will contact you and confirm the additional delivery fee. If you have any queries in relation to this matter, please contact 08 8395 4455 prior to ordering.

Where possible, boxes will be turned inside out and objects placed inside one another to conserve space. If required, your order will be placed on a wooden pallet (smallest as possible), then subsequently wrapped in plain cardboard. Over the top of the cardboard is a layer of black plastic, ensuring your order remains water resistant.

Insufficient Delivery Costs

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in delivery costs, there may be occasions when insufficient delivery has been estimated. All delivery charges will be checked on placement of your order and an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Any changes in delivery cost for your order, Highland Grow & Flow will contact you to make an appropriate arrangement.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Highland Grow & Flow offers local customers the opportunity to pick up their orders in store – click & collect.

When selecting in-store pickup, Highland Grow & Flow will contact you either by phone or email when your order is ready to be collected.

In-store pickup must be collected within fourteen (14) days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, Highland has the right to allocate those items to another customer and refund you. An administration fee of $10 may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.When collecting your order from Highland Grow & Flow, you are required to supply a copy of your order confirmation email and photo identification.

If you are unable to collect the goods, you may elect to have the goods delivered. A delivery fee may apply.

In-Store Pickup Timeframes

Order placed on weekend or public holiday 2 business days

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays but pickup is available on these days if a Highland Grow& Flow staff member has confirmed your order is ready to be collected.
  • If you have ordered something temporarily out of stock, we shall notify you as soon as possible to determine whether you would like to back-order the product and have it delivered to you as soon as possible or offer advice on alternative products in stock.
