2 avocados
2 red apples, finely diced
2 tsp hulled hemp seeds
1 handful pomegranate seeds
1 stick celery, finely chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 hemp oil or 2 tbsp hemp mayonnaise
Pinch of cinnamon
Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping the skin. Mash the flesh with lemon juice (which stops it going brown). Mix diced apples, celery, hemp seed and avocado together and add the oil/ mayonnaise with cinnamon. Fill the skins with the mix and garnish with a pomegranate and hemp seeds.
