This protein packed smoothie is an awesome post workout snack. Containing 23 grams of protein in one serve, it’s a delicious and convenient way to meet your daily requirements and aid in muscle recovery. The best part is you don’t need a blender, just pop into a mason jar or shaker and shake, shake, shake!  Hemp protein is a delicious additive to any smoothie, juice or frappe. Packed with protein and essential fatty acids, one scoop of this whole food turns any smoothie into a nutrient rich meal.

1 tbsp cacao powder
500 ml your favourite plant milk
2 heaped tbsp’s hemp protein (20 grams)
Stevia to taste


1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or shaker and blend on high speed or shake until well combined.
2. Pour into a glass or jar if using a blender and enjoy mindfully. You can also top it with chocolate shavings for that extra bit of love.
