Recipe | Breakie Salad

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, diced
1 large handful mint leaves
1 large handful coriander leaves
1 small red chilli, finely sliced
2 tb’s hemp seeds
1 handful pistachios
1/3 cup buckwheat groats, soaked in water overnight
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
2 kale leaves, chopped finely
1/2 lemon hemp oil sea salt
black pepper

METHOD

Through all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and squeeze in the lemon. Toss and serve.
