2 frozen bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp hemp protein
1/2 cup milk of your choice
2 dates
2 tbs hulled hemp seeds
1/4 cup berries and yogurt of your choice to serve
Blend the bananas, blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth. Serve with the berries, hemp seeds and yogurt. Option to toast the hemp seeds if you would prefer.
